These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of junkremovalhemetpros.com and the junk removal services provided by Junk Removal Hemet Pros. By requesting a quote, booking a job, or using the Site, a customer agrees to these Terms.
Our Services
Junk Removal Hemet Pros provides junk removal, hauling, and property cleanout services in Hemet, CA and the surrounding area, including residential and commercial cleanouts, single-item pickups, and specialty item removal as described on the Site.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided based on the information, photos, or description a customer gives, or an in-person assessment. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. If the actual scope of the job differs materially from what was described (for example, significantly more items or difficult access not previously mentioned), Junk Removal Hemet Pros will confirm with the customer before continuing and adjust the price accordingly.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Junk Removal Hemet Pros does its best to arrive within the scheduled window. Customers who need to reschedule or cancel should reach out as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling flexibility.
Prohibited Items
- Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, certain paints and solvents)
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
- Items specifically excluded and communicated to the customer at the time of quoting
If a customer is unsure whether an item can be taken, Junk Removal Hemet Pros can confirm before the appointment.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Junk Removal Hemet Pros accepts cash and major credit/debit cards.
Property Access and Damage
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the items being removed. The Junk Removal Hemet Pros crew takes care to protect each property, but any fragile surfaces, tight spaces, or existing damage should be pointed out before work begins. Any concerns about the job should be reported within 24 hours of completion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Removal Hemet Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its services. Liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means the updated Terms are accepted.
